There are three main sections within the tool: Applicants, Council Overview, and Councillor Leads.


    The Applicants section has three pages: Applicant Process Tracker, Applicants, and Analytics.

  • Applicant Process Tracker provides an overview of the entire process
  • Applicants page is for managing the applicant data such as reading the application and keeping track of their endorsements
  • Analytics provides an overview of your applicants data to help you ensure the screening process is supporting diversity

   

    The Council Overview has a page per each election the tool is being used for.

  • This page provides an overview of the progress per Council and per Ward
    • Progress: percent of applicants that have the status of selected applicant and further over the number of seats up for selection in the council/ward
  • Currently we are running the tool for 2025 & 2026 Council elections


    Councillor Leads has two pages: Leads + Contacted Leads

  • Leads page houses all the people who have filled the register your interest form on the Labour website
  • People that have attended webinars for councillor interest    
    • We upload the leads based on RSVPs and attendance of the webinar
  • Contacted leads page stores all the leads that have the 'Contacted?' field checked
