After scanning forms, ensure the parsed information is correct and ready to be uploaded to Contact Creator. 


1. Click on a form in the Scan table marked as Ready to Review.



2. Here you will see an image of the scanned form on the left side of the screen. Zoom in and out with the + and - buttons, or click and drag with your cursor to pan around the form.



3. If you see data in the right-hand panel that has been parsed incorrectly by the system, you can edit this now. 



4. Once you are satisfied the information is correct, mark this form as 'Reviewed.' 



5. Click 'Save' to save your changes. Please note that once you save a form marked as reviewed, you will not be able to update this information. 



6. Proceed to the next person in the table using the arrows.



7. Once a form has been reviewed, you will see that it is marked with the date under the Reviewed column in the table.
