Use Scan to capture images of paper forms on your smartphone. Please note that while Scan was designed for the capture standard Persuasion Pathways forms, the system will also parse what information it can from non-standardised Pathways forms.
1. To begin, click 'Scan Forms' on your desktop or mobile device.
2. If you are using a smartphone, you will be automatically taken to the Form Preview Page. If you are on a desktop computer, you will be prompted to take an image of the QR code with your smartphone to open the web app on you mobile device.
3. Tap 'Add' to start scanning your first form.
4. Best practice for image capture it to ensure you are in a well-lit environment. If possible, place the form on a dark or contrasting surface clear of other forms that could be detected in the capture.
5. To capture an image, ensure all 4 corners of the form are visible, and tap the red button at the bottom of the screen.
6. Once you are happy with your image, tap 'Confirm Page.'
7. If you form has multiple pages, tap 'Add' to continue scanning. Once you are satisfied all pages of your form have been captured, tap 'Upload Form.'
8. Tap 'Scan Next Form' to start capturing your next form.
